The Parent Form is critical to connecting your parent relationship to the incoming plebe record received from USNA Admissions. The information submitted helps to establish communications and support to all current parents of midshipmen. This parent form is the only resource for midshipman parent information for the Naval Academy. Please enter the unique control # included in your parent brochure. Once this form is complete you will be able to activate your parent membership and register for the I-Day Picnic.

Gives the US Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation permission to use your contact information to connect you with your local Naval Academy Parent Club (NAPC), so they may contact you with local parent club event and membership information. This information will be stored by the USNA Alumni Association Parent Program Director and made available to your local NAPC through myUSNA for the purpose of secure and private communication. Your contact details will not be directly visible to Parent Club officers and will not be shared outside the USNA Alumni Association and Foundation and the local NAPC.

Please only register for the day your plebe reports to the Naval Academy, more details will be shared by email when final.”
