USNA Named Knight-Hennessy Scholar

MIDN 1/C David Liedtka, 21, has been selected as a Knight-Hennessy Scholar. The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program provides funding for students to pursue a graduate degree at Stanford University.

 

Midshipman Awarded Churchill Scholarship

MIDN 1/C Michael Walker, 22, was recently awarded the Churchill Scholarship to the University of Cambridge. This scholarship provides funding to American students for a year of Master’s study in science, mathematics, and engineering.

 

A Freshman Walk-On to Captain of the Captains

MIDN 1/C Corey Wilding is the captain of the Navy Wrestling team and captain of all athletic captains on campus. He and his teammates will face off against Army on 16 February in Alumni Hall.

 

AAC Releases the 2018 Navy Football Schedule

Released today by the American Athletic Conference, the schedule features five home games at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, a neutral site game against Notre Dame in San Diego and the Army-Navy Game in Philadelphia.
