Welcome to the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Assocation & Foundation's Virtual Support page

We use a service called LifeSize for our virtual meetings and conferences. LifeSize supports all operating systems and mobile devices. 

To join a meeting follow the steps below. 

1. Click on the link to the meeting provided to you by our staff. Usually this meeting link is in an email or the body of a meeting request. 

2. When your web browser opens up you'll see something similar to the below screen shot. It's NOT necessary to install the LifeSize app or create an account. You may also be asked to give your browser access to the camera and microphone. You must click "Allow". Then click on "Join from the browser".

3. Enter your name (and email if you wish) and agree to the Terms of Service. Click "Join Meeting."

4. When prompted to enter a passcode do so. That information should have been included with the original meeting information. Click on "Enter Meeting."

Once you have joined the meeting please mute your audio yourself. This prevents over talking and feedback and makes the meeting more enjoyable for everyone. Our staff have moderator rights so if you don't mute yourself and there is feedback they may mute you. They'll have to un-mute you before you can speak. 

If you'd like to speak during the meeting, use the "Raise Hand" feature and a moderator will call on you.
