Victoria is a 16-year-old from Dallas, Texas and was a participant in the USNA Summer STEM program and is eagerly preparing for Summer Seminar! She is passionate about ocean engineering and dreams of attending the United States Naval Academy to pursue a career as a pilot or work with submarines.
